Matang Wildlife & Kubah National Park Tour
Matang Wildlife Centre &Kubah National Park , 45 minutes away from Kuching City, is a national park, an information centre and educational program. Visitors will able to see Orang Utans how to survive in the forest and especially during the feeding time. Visitors are also able to see other wild animals such as Sun Bears, Sambar Deer, Civet Cats and three large aviaries that house Sea Eagles, Hornbills and other birds in Sarawak.
Visitors will enjoy a range of Jungle trekking in Kubah National Park, there are six different Jungle trail, the Waterfall Trail is the most popular in the park (1 hour 30 mins from the HQ), the Summit Trail – Gunung Serapi (5-6 hours return).The Palmetum Trail is passing area rich in palms. The Selang Trail to view point about 45 minutes. The Rayu Trail is leads to Matang Wildlife Centre (3-4 hours one way). And the Belian Trail (1 hour) is easy walking to view of huge belian (Borneo Ironwood) trees and view of wide variety of plant life.
